Connecting Cooksville will be a place to connect, prosper and belong—a true community hub for Mississauga.

Everyone needs networks of other people and it’s impossible to make a community without networks.

Pulsating with Possibilities

At the corner of HiIlcrest and Hurontario in the City of Mississauga sits a vacant 5.5 acre site—one of only three multi-modal mobility hubs in the City of Mississauga. With direct access to Regional Transit, Light Rail Transit and Rapid Bus Service, it’s the ideal location for density.

An Ambitious Plan for Cooksville

Connecting Cooksville is a development plan that will come to life over the next several years. The project vision includes 2,200 new homes in five residential towers, a new full-service community centre and public library, a central public plaza and urban forest, and community-serving retail and office space.

Working Together for Impact

TAS is an unconventional impact company that uses real estate as a tool to drive profit and purpose. We’ve been connecting with members of the Cooksville through ongoing discussions and activities to develop the vision for this site. The engagement process uncovered the community’s desire for new places to live, gather and connect.
